Round Table

The concept and methods to be implemented by the ArtiSaneFood project were presented in the talk The ArtiSaneFood project: novel strategies to ensure the quality of traditional foods produced in the Mediterranean by Dr. Ursula Gonzales-Barron at the Round Table Assuring the safety of traditional foods: A scientific contribution to protecting our cultural heritage, that took place during the 11th International Conference on Predictive Modelling in Foods (17-20 September 2019) in Braganza, Portugal. Dr. Antonio Valero, Leader of WP5 of the ArtiSaneFood project, also presented at this Round Table, sharing with the audience his experience in decision-making tools for quality management of traditional foods.
