The $1^{st}$ Annual Tunisian Workshop with the participation of researchers belonging to several research laboratories as well as Tunisian industrialists took place on the $16^{th}$ January 2020 at Higher Institute of Biotechnology Sidi Thabet (ISBST), University of Manouba, Tunisia. The objective of the meeting was to present and discuss the results obtained during the first year of ArtiSaneFood project, and plan future work. During the seminar, a workshop was organized about antioxidant determination for PhD students.
